$300 deposit is due at day of application approval.

Please submit the filled out Puppy Application/ Non-refundable Deposit Form and Health Agreement to melrosemountainfarm@gmail.com

Once you have submitted your Puppy application/Non-refundable deposit and Health Agreement contracts, we will review your application. If you are approved to move forward, we will reach out with for a phone consultation, and a deposit of $300 is due to be added onto the waitlist. Once your deposit has been received, we will add you next in line on our waitlist. If paying by check, the remaining amount must be sent by 6 weeks old. If paying by cash, remaining amount may be brought on date of arranged pickup. Keep in mind that if you have a specific gender, coat markings or texture, it may take several litters to have your desired pup become available. We can expect certain numbers and coat textures colors, but sometimes nature will leave us in a bind with abnormally small litters or females not producing. The perfect pup with your desired temperament will be worth the wait!

We will send photos at 2 weeks old to the families on the top of our waitlist. If you decide to pass on the litter being offered, you may choose to stay on the master list for the next round of puppies or forfeit your deposit and be removed. You will need to make a decision at 2 weeks if you would like to proceed with selecting from this litter.
